designed to help you build foundational core strength and functional mobility through a combination of yoga, pilates, primal movement, fascial conditioning and weight training for a timeless balanced body.
-Class format is a circuit workout format. (warmup, skills+drills, cooldown)
-Great for all levels of movers( beginner to experienced athletes.)
This particular class helps build a strong full body practice, Vinyasa (flow) Has students moving from 1 pose to the next with smooth transitions to build a fiery practice to ignite the spirit ad balance the mind and body. We flow to an upbeat music. This is an all levels class, modifications are given if needed. Please address your teacher prior to class if additional support is needed.
MYO Yin Yoga
A passive and more meditative practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of grounded poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia/connective tissues. Props are often used to help access the deeper layers of the fascia including myo fascial balls, rollers, and dowels.
