Reiki infused Sound therapy with Mimi Chow + hands on Reiki with Mona Alvero About Reiki and sound healing therapy are two highly effective, gentle healing modalities that both work to help balance the body, mind and spirit. This unique combination works together to enhance relaxation, reduce stress, improve sleep, increase creativity and create a deeper connection with oneself. What to expect during the session? While laying in a comfortable position, participants will experience a unique blend of breathwork, hands on Reiki, and a Reiki infused meditative sound bath, using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other sound tools. Bowls may be placed on the body on specific points to open and clear energy centers. For you In this small group session, participant’s can choose to assist the practitioner in determining the direction, goal, or intention for the healing session. (ex: physical pain in body part, energetic and mental stressors.) Prep No experience is required. Participants should bring their own mats but bolsters and blankets will be provided. Wear something comfortable and please allow enough time to get settled before the start of the session.
