Paint your practice and make your body your paint brush in this guided flow and play time!

We will be using washable non toxic paint and moving our bodies over canvas to create a one of a kind painting of your practice to take home! Join us for a one of a kind night of movement, play, color, and self expression and exploration!

Details:

-60 min. guided/ free flow and colorful playtime with a view of summer sunset.

-Each participant will recieve their own yoga mat size canvas and use of washable tempera paint.

-We start flowing 15 min. after set up and

waivers are signed.

-We are using washable paint, but the pigment can stain so dress accordingly.

-Feel free to bring drinks or snacks for after.

-Each canvas will need approx 30 minutes to dry before rolling up to take home, so hang out and socialize while your painting dries!  The park has lights on after dark.
