This unique event combines the calming practice of meditation with the therapeutic benefits of unlocking your creativity.

Experience the soothing effects of meditation as we guide you through mindfulness exercises to connect with your inner self, then dive into Neurographic drawing, a unique art form that involves creating abstract designs to release stress, unleash your creativity, and tap into your subconscious mind.

We are thrilled to have you join us for this event brimming with creative flow, mindfulness, goodvibes, and a supportive community in our cozy studio space.

All art supplies needed.

Small snacks and beverages, You are welcome to bring your own.

The event is 2 hours, with an allowance of 1 more free hour to finish your art and hang out. 

We will begin promptly at 1pm
