-Guided vinyasa flow focusing on personal intention and emotional release.

-Intuitive drawing meditation exercise connecting the marks we make to our breath.

-Personal painting journey across canvas to explore the creative process and tap into the subconscious.

6:30-8:30pm

NO prior yoga or art experience needed.

$40 per person early bird price.

***You may pay Online or pay Manually through Venmo, apple pay or Cash to @Staygoldenyoga or 571-277-5044.

*Manual payments must be made on same date of ticket reservation, to hold your ticket.

Price includes a variety of art supplies needed and 16 x 20 blank canvas.

WHAT TO BRING?

1. Yoga mat, we have rentals available if you do not have a mat.
2. Water bottle.
3. Please refrain from eating a heavy meal 2 hrs before practicing yoga.
4. You may bring your own small snacks or drink, and we will have some libations available too.

We can't wait to enjoy this fun and pleasure filled night with you!

Here's a few things to know before coming:

✔️ mask up if you're not vaccinated

✔️Arrive 5-10 min early to get settled, fill water bottle, collect props, sign waiver.

✔️Our entrance and parking is in the rear of the building. (We are located in the same building as Luna Massage and La Campesina restaurant)

✔️Please give us a call/txt if you have any questions at least 10-15 min prior to class.
